Table Top Drying System

The Table Top Drying System (TTDS) is a true "Production" system created to process innerlayers and outerlayers, panel size 1.75"L x 0.5"W or larger. The TTDS is available in 24" wide, 30" wide, and 36" wide. Custom widths are available.

The TDDS features:

• Special "POLY-PORE" absorption rollers.
• Variable speed conveyor, 0-10 feet per minute.
• External rugged conveyor drive combining 40 pitch stainless steel chain and unique nylatron sprockets.
• Specially designed 12" x 3" high velocity direct feed fan driven by a 3600rpm, 2HP motor.
• Adjustable air dampener to restrict air flow when running very thin product.
• Six strategically positioned airknives (3 top and 3 bottom) to produce high velocity ambient air flow.
• Quick and easy to remove, custom fitted 1/4" thick polypro outer covers.
• Quick and easy to remove clearflex 60 premium PVC tubing solid conveyor rollers.
